I love this dentist and staff. I'm so comfortable when I'm there. They are all so friendly and you feel you are a priority to them. You walk in and they immediately greet you. To be honest best dentist office I ever been into....How did I found out about this place?? One day I went to buy Chinese food and by mistake I walked into the wrong door and a lady asked me "how can I help you" and I said ops sorry wrong door and a man walked out and tells me if you ever need a a dentist office we are here to help you and you will never regret on coming here. All I have to say he was very confident and I agree with him I will never regret on going to get my implants done..I highly recommend this office.

I never write reviews for anything, but I wanted to leave one this time as a thank you. I’ve had two root canal treatments done here. The second one was a retreat of a failed root canal I had done in Mexico. Dr. ElSherif really took his time to make sure it was done right the second time. Everyone on staff is nice and competent. The office is clean. I’ve had overall good experiences at every visit, so I would definitely recommend.

I went to Cypress Dental for a root canal and they were very kind and hospitable. I felt very comfortable with the staff from the front desk to the dental chair. The procedure was a little rough when getting all the gear in my mouth but afterward I was able to relax and almost fall asleep. Dr Eslaim was very good and very kind through out the process. My procedure lasted about an hour but the TV was on and I was able to relax the entire time. Dr. E checked me out himself and wrote me a prescription that was ready by the time I reached the CVS. If I ever needed another Root Canal (which I pray I don’t) I would come back here.

I live in the high desert about a hours travel depending on traffic and I can say with 100% certainty it's worth the drive. Dr. Elsherif and team are amazing, professional, informative, and compassionate. I'm very satisfied with all the work I've had done and would recommend Cypress Dental to anyone looking for a exceptional honest and experienced dentist. Hands down "the best!"

We were referred to cypress dental for my son's root canal. My son is 13yrs old and he has autism. I know its hard to treat my son because of hs behavior. Dr. Ismail didnt do sedation i was worried that my son wouldnt cooperate but i just thought to myself that the Doctor knows what he is doing. During the procedure my son couldnt stay still and made sudden movement which is dangerous because he can get poke. I thought at times that the procedure wouldnt get done. With all the commotions Dr. Ismail did a great job finishing my son's root canal. He is very professional highly recommended

Our son, 13 YO, was in need of a root canal. He is very nervous and I was concerned about how he would do. The entire staff were so amazing. Dr. Ismail came out & spoke to my son and truly put him at ease! The hygienist was phenomenal along with the dentist's wife who is also a hygienist. I would recommend this dental group to anyone in need. They are truly caring and wonderful!!

After several months of struggling to find an endodontist to retreat a badly failed root canal on Medi-Cal insurance, I'm fortunate to have found this office (I was referred by the endodontics department at the University of Loma Linda). This is an exceptionally well run office, speaking from the experience of seeking treatment at a handful of dental offices before finding Cypress Dental. Doctors and staff are eminently professional.
